Delta Sigma Pi is deeply committed to diversity at every level of our organization. From national leadership to individual chapters, our members come from various regions, backgrounds, and walks of life, enriching our co-ed professional fraternity with diverse perspectives and insights. Our Founders envisioned Delta Sigma Pi as a brotherhood that mirrors the diversity of the business world we represent. We welcome members who meet our professional standards regardless of race, ethnicity, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status. Each member is valued and respected for their unique contributions to our organization.
Our legacy of diversity not only makes us better business leaders and more compassionate members of society—just one more reason we’re proud to be Deltasigs!

DEI EVENT - SPRING 2024
"My name is Sammy Slough and I am serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for DSP. I joined DSP Fall of my freshman year and instantly DSP became a family to me. I knew I wanted to be part of the executive team and give back, having only been in the fraternity for a semester after being initiated. Once I got to Clemson, I quickly realized my passion for DEI initiatives and learning about other culture, dialects, religions, disabilities. My goal in this position is to unite with minority groups on campus to host events with DSP because I believe the best way to learn is to immerse yourself with people of other backgrounds than yourself. Additionally, my goal is not to “call out”, but rather help facilitate a positive and healthy conversation around topics that could be vulnerable and sensitive. I hope to leave a positive impact upon this fraternity to allow my brothers to become more comfortable discussing subjects around DEI."
